Operating principle of JDXL Series Oil Storage and Supply System

Function：
   1、Guarantee to safely store, supply and use oil.
   2、Automatically transfer the oil to the fuel-oil equipments with fixed quantity within the controllable range.

Operating principle：
   Oil tank can be directly positioned on ground surface or be buried below the frost retarding layer.
   Oil is first discharged to the underearth oil tank by the gravity force, then deliveried to the daily-use oil tank by the oil-line pump, and finally input in the fuel-oil equipments by the gravity force.

Operating principle of automatic control system：
   Liquid level indicator of underearth oil tank can directly display the oil level of the oil tank in digits for clients.
   Low alarm reminds the user to fill in time oil for the oil tank.
   Liquid level controller in the daily-use oil tank can control the on/off of oil-line pump. In order to ensure the normal oil supply ,Oil-line pump will automatically stop working when oil level reaches high limit and will automatically start working when oil level reaches low limit.
   Two oil-line pumps will be equipped in the JDXL Series Oil Storage and Supply system. One is working pump and one is stand-by pump. When one doesn’t work, another will operate automatically.    Moreover, any pump can be manually set to independently operate during a certain time to ensure the normal and long-term operation of the system by the uniform wear of two pumps.
   Anti-static device is also equipped in the system to effectively eliminate the static produced by the oil tide and guarantee the safe usage of the system.
