Quality of Oil Tank
The tank body is manufactured by the Steel Pressure Vessel Standard GB150-1998. And the material is Q235 steel plate. Spare parts of tank body is double side welding according to the standard GB50236. Manhole is equipped with every oil storage tank and in flange structure. The specification of flange is DN500. After the integrated process of middle barrel and bilateral end cover to the tank body, the welding line will be grinded. The unleaky tank is qualified products after the water filling pressure test and kerosene filling penetration test. Anti-corrosion layer of oil tank is “five oil and three cloth”, that is in detail, two layer of bitumen base, one layer of fiber glass, one layer of bitumen. |
